- The Membership contract is entered into between the Homeworking & Small Business alliance Ltd and the person/organisation paying the Membership fee.
- Membership is applicable to one individual whether a business owner or employee. If further representatives from any one business also wish to become members, membership fees will become due for each of them at the full rate.

- The HSBA, and its representatives, reserves the right to refuse membership to any individual or company. The HSBA will not be obliged to discuss its decision.

ADVERTISING & SPAM
The HSBA is a networking group with the intention of generating leads and sales for members. It is therefore perfectly acceptable to contact indivdual members to offer a service, we suggest that initially this is in the form of an introduction – if the member expresses interest then by all means continue the conversation. If the member says they are not interested, please refrain from continued contact offering the same service.
If you have a new product or service which you consider newsworthy and would like to bring to the attention of group members it is acceptable to post information in a relevant blog or group – once. It is not acceptable to continue to post the same material without any additional information on an ongoing basis just to keep your information at the top – we consider this Spam and it will be removed.
If you have a product or service which you would like to have highlighted on a permanent basis consider taking out an advert.

By agreeing to these rules, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws.
